Fitness Classes

 

Class-Fit offers a variety of fitness classes each day. We welcome all ages and skill levels! No matter what type of class it may be, there is always a way to modify the exercises to make it work for you. At Class-Fit, we want you to receive the specialized attention that you deserve. That is why our classes have limited availability. In a smaller group, the instructor can give each client personal feedback (no hiding behind the crowds!), so you can make the most of your work out.

 

Must be at least 13 years of age to attend classes with an adult. Clients 16 and older can attend on their own. All clients under 18 years of age must have written permission from a parent or guardian.

There is limited space available in each class. You may save your spot at any time up to 1 hour before class start time either via the scheduling site, email, or in the studio.

Class Descriptions

 

We think variety is the key to a successful and well-rounded workout plan.

  • Total Body Conditioning - targets each major muscle group through integrated movements and controlled weight training.

  • Zumba - Zumba Fitness is a fun way to dance your way to a healthy body! With Latin-inspired music and easy to follow dance moves, you will begin to burn calories and sculpt your body.

  • Express-Fit - This short and sweaty class will give you a full body workout in just 35 minutes! Great for those days when you just don't have the time.

  • Class-HIIT - This circuit-style class made up of high intensity exercises uses everything from weights and the Bosu, to the suspension trainer and your own body weight! 

  • Sunset/Candlelit Yoga - This evening class will teach you the basics of yoga, in a calming candlelit environment

  • Barre Burn - This barre class will bring elements of Ballet, Pilates, and resistance training together for a full body workout

  • Step It Up - Using the aerobics steps we will get that heart rate up and burn maximum calories while toning both legs and arms. Space is limited!

  • BodyShred - JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™ is a high intensity and endurance based 30 minute workout, Utilizing Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval approach: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute of abs.

  • T.A.N.G. - “Tight Abs N’ Glutes”- this will target everyone’s favorite “problem areas”: abs and glutes!

  • Crunch Time - No, you won't be doing 30 minutes of straight crunches! But... we will definitely be doing some intense ab workouts to target that mid-section. Try this express class when you want to target the belly!

  • Beach Bum Express - Sometimes you just want to target a specific area. This 30 minute class focuses on the posterior chain--mainly the glutes!--to tighten and tone you booty.

  • Barre-Fit - Get ready to feel the burn! This barre class will push you to you limits and leave you feeling the effects for days, Who knew such tiny movements could pack such a punch?

  • Strictly Cycling - This ride will take you through a full indoor cycling class complete with hills, intervals, climbs and more! Great cardiovascular workout.

  • Cycle Plus - You'll get a solid dose of indoor cycling, PLUS a bit of something else -- could be weight training, could be core strengthening, circuits, and more! Great combo class to condition the body and increase cardio all in one!

  • Express-Ride - This 30-Minute cycling class is the perfect solution when you just want a quick workout on the bike!

  • Zumba Plus - Start out with high energy dance-inspired cardio for a fun way to burn calories and end the class with a mix of core strengthening, weights, and a stretch for a great workout!

  • Performance Cycling - Using the bike computer to its full capabilities, learn to maximize your calorie burns during this 60 minute class. Class is designed for everyone from students completely new to cycling to serious outdoor cyclists and triathletes. Each class will have measurable results, so each student will be able to see their improvement over time.
