Where are you located?

We are located on Rte. 252 in Newtown Square, PA. We are at the same intersection as Gentile's Market, and the Gulf Gas Station.

 

I tried calling, but got the voicemail.

Sometimes we cannot always answer the phone during classes or trainings. We will call back as possible. Email is always a great way to get in touch with us, for the quickest response.

 

Do I need to create an account even if I just want to take one class?

Yes. In order to take any classes with us it is required that you create an account.

 

Why do I have to register for each class?

We take pride in our small class sizes, but because there is a cap, each space matters. By pre-registering for class, you reserve a spot for yourself. This saves you time from coming to class extra early to save a spot, or worse – arriving on time only to find out that we are at capacity.

 

Is there a cancellation fee?

I had an emergency and could not cancel. Will I still be penalized?

If you find yourself in a situation where you are unable to cancel within the acceptable window, please give us a call briefly describing the situation. We understand that things happen and will do our best to work with you on these rare occasions.

 

What if I am late for class?

If you find yourself late for class (up to 5 minutes after start time) it is ok to jump in and join without disrupting the other members. It is also important to remember that you should be properly warmed up before starting any form of exercise. Be safe!

 

I don’t see the student or senior discount on the registration site. How can I get this discounted rate?

Student and Senior Discounts can only be applied when you purchase in the studio, at this time. In the future this feature will be added to the online store. Come to the studio about 10 minutes before your first class and we can help you to buy your discounted pass or membership. Be sure to bring your valid student ID, or a photo ID with your date of birth for the senior discount.

 

Who is eligible for the senior discount?

The senior discount is valid for our guests 55 and older.

 

Who is eligible for the student discount?

The student discount is valid for high school and college students, ages 13 and older, with a valid school id. This rate is already built into the Kid-Fit pricing. There will be no additional discount for students under 13.

 

I don’t see a specific class on the schedule. Will you be adding anything?

Yes! If you do not see the class you are looking for, let us know! We will do our best to add it. We are eager to create a schedule that gives our clients everything they want, so please do not hesitate to reach out.

 

Can I pay cash?

Yes, you can pay cash when signing up in the studio. However, we still require that a credit card is on file.

 

Can someone else use my pass if I let them?

Unfortunately passes are non-transferable. Some passes come with a “friend pass” which can be given to someone you would like to bring to class. Ask about our friend referral program!

I can't find a babysitter, but still want to attend class. Can my child(ren) sit on the bench and wait?

Many of our members have children, so without offering a proper child-care service, this is not allowed. This could be unsafe, and become a distraction for other members or the instructor. If the only option you have is to bring your baby or child to the studio, you may want to consider personal training. Depending on the situation, we may be able to accommodate you.

I stopped by to get information and nobody was there.

Due to the intermittent hours that we have classes or training sessions, we are unable to staff the studio during the times when we do not offer a class/training. Please take a flyer and send us an email. We will be happy to get back to you as soon as possible.
